Tutto perfetto; è la seconda volta che a distanza di un anno alloggio in questo hotel che, oltre a essere modernissimo, è pulitissimo, con un ottimo ristorante e vicinissimo all'Acropoli, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi in 5 minuti. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff are wonderful and truly professional, and the view of the Acropolis from the room is absolutely stunning. The rooftop, where breakfast is served, offers breathtaking views of Athens’ landmarks. The breakfast itself is delicious and varied, and the coffee is excellent as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with amazing view of the Acropolis. Traffic is busy but overall the location is good for most of the sights, and is a short walk from Acropoli station.

This is not a true 5 star property. But it is very clean and comfortable with some luxe elements such as high threadcount sheets, quality amenities and a few other nice touches. Great breakfast selection served on the top floor with impressive views over this iconic city. Great location for sightseeing. Could walk everywhere. Nice staff, who provided efficient service. Our entry level room faced the main road and was a bit noisy at times. I would stay here again but I’d definitely upgrade to a higher room category with a quieter side street outlook.

The staff was very accommodating. The area was noisy due to being a very popular area and on a major corner. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The food did not look appetizing and there was not much variety.

We liked the hotels sleek design, rooftop dining area and friendly helpful staff. Our room a/c wasn’t working which was an issue. We also found our room tight/small and wished we’d booked one of the larger ones. The shower area could have been cleaned better, the halls are all stone and sounds carry easily and our mattress or base frame squeaked terribly

Bel hotel boutique, grande chambre, accueil incomparable par le Guest service manager avec accompagnement personnalisé! Roof top restaurant excellent et vue sur l’Acropole! Les juniors suites ont la vue sur le temple de Zeus, malheureusement le côté le plus bruyant de l’hôtel à cause de la circulation intense!

I booked a Deluxe Room for one night at the Atheneum. What I received was, without question, the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The room looked nothing like the photos on the hotel’s website for a Deluxe room. When I called the concierge to report the issue, I was told it was “in the same category” as the Deluxe room. I explained that I would never have booked this room, and was told that not all Deluxe room types are pictured online, an unbelievably poor excuse. To make matters worse, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and this was the only room available. In other words, they knowingly passed off an inferior room as a Deluxe and hoped I wouldn’t notice or complain. This is not just disappointing, it’s deceptive. If you charge guests for a higher-tier room, you must provide what’s advertised. What I got was nowhere close to a Deluxe experience. If this is what they consider Deluxe, this hotel is a 1-star property, not 5. I’ve attached photos of the room I received. They speak for themselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
