From the moment we entered the property, we felt like we had stepped into a different world. The beautiful structure of the home, the peaceful atmosphere, and how wonderfully maintained everything was made the entire place feel so welcoming and enchanting. Mr Colonel Mark was an excellent host! He recommended a wonderful place for us to have dinner, and the breakfast he prepared the next morning was absolutely incredible. I can honestly say it was the best pancake I have ever tasted in my life! If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend staying here. Take the time to slow down, relax, and enjoy this beautiful and peaceful place. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️

My goodness , what a wonderful time I had with my new bride at the Colonels b&b ! It's a gorgeous place with one of the most kind hosts I've ever met - Colonel Mark. Everything was truly exquisite 😉

The bathroom entrance is from the corridor and have no shower. We stayed for 2 nights, no cleaning or fixing the room after the first night no clean towels on day 2 . The only time you can have hot drinks is in breakfast. You can not make your own any time during the stay no option for any other drink but water in the room. The Colonel is a nice person but we are not coming back there .

Everything was wonderful. Col. Mark was such an interesting and awesome host. My wife and I could listen to his stories all day long. Also, the breakfast was always great. The French Toast was the best I have ever eaten. Can’t even describe how insanely wonderful it was. We will be back.

Colonel Mark made this trip very memorable. He was a warm and welcominging host, the home was so beautiful and inviting. He made us feel like family. I have recommended this B & B to many people since we left. It's worth the money for such personal service. We will definitely go back.

Colonels Mark and Beth are spectacular! Col. Mark went out of his way to make out stay enjoyable. The home itself is magnificent, adorned with beautiful antiques, tapestries and rugs. The breakfasts cooked by Colonel Beth were wonderful. I very highly recommend this bed and breakfast! (By the way both Mark and Beth are actual colonels from their military service!) However, I would not recommend our room, the "Jacuzzi room"; because the jacuzzi/ bathroom is not in the room. You need to walk out of the room into the short hallway and then enter the "bathroom." This was somewhat awkward as was the fact that the bathroom to the room next to ours was connected to our room by a permanently locked adjoining door. All noises taking place there were easily heard and the light from that bathroom filtered into our room around the edges of the door (so we had noises and light all night). But let me restate: I highly recommend the Colonels because of the graciousness of the hosts and the lovely location! By the way, be sure to take a walk around the extensive property--there's a stable with horses and more . . .
