The staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues that they resolved quickly. Unfortunately, the beds were the worst we have ever slept on. You could feel the coils. They moved us to another room with a better mattress and also placed a mattress topper on the bed. It felt like a bad mattress with a topper on it. A family member was in a separate room and they had the same issue. On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious.

Great hotel, great neighbourhood

This is our second stay here and we love it! It was so great to not be in the centre of Athens, when temperatures were 40+ degrees and to have that lovely pool area. Also, a great stroll into Kifisia are for dinner. Only thing i would fault is our room overlooked the street, yet there is no fine curtain in the rooms for privacy. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.

I couldn’t go on my trip last minute because of medical emergency with my health i tried to ask for a refund on the room and they refused to give me one. I tried a few times and they didn’t want to help me at all and I was traveling from the united state. So my wife and daughter where still going and because the room was in my name for check in they wouldn’t allow me to change to my wife’s name so they could stay at the hotel. I had to book another hotel for my wife and daughter to stay in worst hotel ever they took of $1600 and we didn’t even stay there. They even wouldn’t give me a part of my money back…. All they say it’s there policy please don’t trust these guys I feel like I was robbed by them out my money

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff were lovely and the lady who made our room everyday was friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. We caught an uber to the local metro station into Athens when needed, it was like 5 euros. Good amount of restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was good, service was no issues. They gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift as part of our booking. I had forgotten this so was a great end to a late night flight and check in.

Property was in great shape. I didn't receive the free bottle of wine. And the "free" parking was indeed free but very inconvenient finding it in the evening when it was dark. It was not at the hotel but about 3 blocks away.

Noisy at night

Room 706, there was a constant noise of water running through a pipe the whole night. There was also a noise like constructions all night every 2-3 minutes. The above deteriorated my sleep.

Sorpresa poco gradita.

Ok but not great

The hotel is a bit dated, beds not very comfortable, no coffee in the room. Nice big pool. A plus in Residence wing is that the rooms are quite big. But avoid the ground floor, not nice, we changed to 1st floor which was ok.

Overall ok though it needs more maintenance. Location is great as it’s in walking distance from the centre of Kifisia but unfortunately wifi was so bad that I couldn’t do my zoom calls. So I am not recommending it for work, maybe for leisure is a better option.
