- TOADHAUS is a modern studio suite inside the Athens loop. NO CLEANING FEE ! In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit . We allow dogs but you must add to reservations there is a pet fee

Pictures do not do this property justice. It was super clean and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Communication was easy and the host was very responsive. There was a guide for everything from how to unlock the door to local restaurants and must-see areas. It was a perfect stay!

Wonderful place!
I stayed here one night when taking my dog to the UGA Veterinary Hospital. The place was wonderful! Great use of space, nice little fenced-in grassy area for the dog, and quiet, convenient location. Just a perfect spot. Would definitely stay again if I'm in Athens overnight.Thank you!

We stayed at the Toadhaus when our dog needed heart surgery at UGA. It was a very stressfull time but having a great place to stay was something we didn't have to stress about. The studio was clean, quiet, safe and private. It was conveniently located, just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend staying here.
