A nice flat - couple of issuesThe positives;•Good position – safe neighborhood - 15 min stroll to heart of Athens•Street parking was always possible•Good finish in flat & things like hair dryer, iron, were good quality•Large V comfy bed - fresh sheets & towels for 2nd week were provided free on request•Quick response when safe failedNegatives;•No physical instruction guide & on-line info not comprehensive, e.g. we didn’t know what to do with the rubbishA full instruction manual including info about local supermarkets / shops, things to do is pretty standard•All comms were on-line – maybe I’m just old (I am!) but I would have preferred to speak to someone rather than have endless messages•Bedroom air con not working properly – we managed but it was either full on & freezing or very minimal & too hot•Balcony & jacuzzi nice, but a lot of traffic noise – though not audible in the apartment. View wasn’t great•Crockery provision minimal –2 of everything so use the dishwasher nearly empty or hand wash. Just 2 bowls and one VERY chipped•Washing machine door was nearly hanging off•Plug in bathroom extremely loose & over the sink•No pegs, so we “borrowed” some from the roof area, but it would be better to provide some•Couldn’t (though no instruction manual) view any English news on TV. Never had that beforeI do recommend this as a good place to stay in Athens, & hope this feedback is seen as positive - looks like a long list minimal changes needed
