“We liked the fact that there was a pool table in the apartment and 2 double beds in the one room. We didn’t like the fact that there were no coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom to hang a towel, no extra bin liners or couldn’t open a window or a fan”

“No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. It's a great location for that, less than 5mins walk, also near plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It's cheap so I didn't expect much. The room and toilet/shower was basic but clean. There were no curtains, just blinds...so in the summer and with a heat wave it was quite unbearable. There's an electronic lock on the room doors but not on the main outside door so anyone……

“Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. The room itself was good although it was quite warm in the summer & the pillows were thin so I’d recommend bringing some additional pillows with you. There is a large carpark by……

“Room was spacious but basic & could do with a good dust. Kitchen was very basic and i would not have wanted to do more than make a cup of tea in it. ”

“The host was so nice and very willing to help with places to eat and things to do. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a grocery store. Our family was very comfortable. ”
