Walk to Atlanta’s top attractions and events when you stay in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Peach tree Towers condo with free Parking ,TV In each room and Balcony to relax and with city View in the heart of Atlanta’s bustling downtown hotel district. Aquarium is two blocks. Marta is one block. America's mart is one block.
A private balcony offers spectacular city views and a quiet place for morning coffee and evening sundowners. tv in bed rooms and living room. 11th Floor.

Renter Beware

The information received from the host and the condition of the unit was not what we are use to with VRBO. The host must have several units in the building, the check-in information had different unit #s referenced . Thank you to the concierge for providing the correct unit #. Other renters were given our unit # and door code by the host so we had an unexpected surprise on day 2! The concierge warned us first thing that our car was not secure in the parking lot provided by the host so we ended up paying for garage parking. Unit does not have a pleasant smell and was poorly remodeled. There are paper towels stuffed in a hole in the front door to seal the hole. The double doors between the front room and master bedroom have clear glass in them with no curtains so there is no privacy in that room. We ended up leaving a day early. On a good note the concierges are great and the location is very convenient to the downtown attractions.
