An Important Covid-19 Update
Keeping our guests safe is our top priority and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the new Covid-19 guidelines to ensure you’ll enjoy a safe stay when you book one of our downtown Atlanta condos. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning; This building is ran on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously discussed with host.
