Bare minimum is an understatement. The place is advertised as having a king pull out…great except there is no bedding! Need a pillow? Nope they barely exist. Sooo false advertising…not coolThe place needs some cleaning. The master room sheets were most likely not cleaned. If you want to wash your hands…bring some soap. Location is fine (not walking distance) but the place is lacking…oh no to mention 2 different door handles fell off

The apartment itself was fantastic. Getting into it and navigating the building was the biggest issue. All elevators and doors ran on an app called Latch, which was very unreliable. It took us almost 45 minutes just to get to the room because there was hardly any cell signal in the parking garage to troubleshoot the app connection issues (shout-out to the janitor who assisted us!). Also, we were not told that the parking/app access was not included in the rental price initially, so we woke up the next morning, and our access had been revoked, until we sent payment to the host. Better communication and upfront information would have been nice to know about these things. Warning to friends/family traveling separately - only one parking spot was available with the rental, so my friend had to use the apartment's guest parking on the 1st level of the parking garage. Upon checking out, we discovered someone had broken into the vehicle and shattered the driver-side window in the process. The apartment complex wasn't helpful with resolving the issue, and told us basically we would need to file a police report and have the police request the video footage directly. It put a sour end to what could have been a great stay.

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay due to the property not being cleaned and turned from the previous guests. There were dirty linens and towels on the floors, and the overall appearance was not ready for our stay. The host was apologetic, offered to refund us our money, and help us find a hotel, but no other solutions were offered.

The apartment was great space and exactly what we needed. Curtains in the living room so it was a bit less of a fishbowl at night would have been a nice upgrade, but otherwise it was great.

Was an overall enjoyable stay. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Parking was convenient as well. The lights in one of the bedrooms did not work, however.

Who needs toilet paper!?!

This was indeed a great location. However, the home was minimally stocked and somewhat difficult to access because of unclear and inaccurate directions. We were reliant on downloading an app to access the elevators and doors as the e-system was unreliable to punch in the code. The bathrooms had five toilet paper rolls that had about 20 squares each. There was no soap of any kind in one bathroom and no shampoo. While the beds appeared clean and made the floors were not. The place while an excellent location was lacking.

Such a mess

First the neighborhood is fantastic and that is why I picked this place. Now to the condo. This place was one step better than a cardboard box. Start with the parking. The owner was blowing up my email trying to get me to her/him 41 to us their parking pass when all I had to do as pay 30 using a QR code in the garage wall. The condo itself literally has nothing. I mean no an any dishes and the oven doesn’t even work. I drove all the way to Kroger to get cookies only for the oven not to work. Now for the bed. The pillows are the 8 by 8 pillows you have on your couch at home. The blanket I used is one of those furry blankets that you put on the back of your couch when you were 22. Or absolutely felt like they think you can just phone it in. Buy and condo clean it and that’s it. Sit back and watch at h it make money. Well that isn’t how it works. We appreciate some comfort. It felt like I accidentally got a spring break condo. Maybe if you are here to get wasted and pass out drunk this is your place. But if you are looking for peace and comfort this in NOT for you. Why she emailing me telling me I owe her 41 for parking. You toooooo much.

Be very careful

You cannot successfully stay at this place without a smart phone with e-mail capacity. Everything --all doors, parking, and elevator must have a special code to use at all times. This is not mentioned on this listing. All access points also have a push button for the codes but they are old and worn out and fail 90% of the time which can leave you totally stranded, e.g. on the elevator and unable to move or open elevator doors. I also needed such a phone to pay parking so I tried to pay with cash instead. I had 2 appointments with the manager to make a cash payment and she never showed up for either. As a result the wheels on my car were booted and I had to have the boots removed before I could make any planned outtings. To the manager's credit she paid the 75 to have the boots removed (actually she paid it twice because they did the wrong car the first time). Then she moved me to unsecured parking where I could pay a daily rate with a credit card. Also a couple wrong items in the listing. Listing includes a foldout couch for sleeping more people. I initially requested bedding for the foldout couch but when we got there, the couches were not fold out and there was no extra bedding. Neither the oven nor the broiler on the oven worked. Two requests for maintenance staff were ignored. The kitchen was beautiful but all the cabinets were pretty much empty with next to no eating utensils except pots and pans. We had to go out and buy plates, glasses and silverware.

Best Location for family

We had a total of 6 people that stayed, the rooms were perfect and plenty of room. Windows were great, the city sky line was beautiful at night. Balcony was perfect. The location was fantastic, easy to get to all attractions down town, felt remarkably safe, enclosed parking garage was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

We came for an event at the GWCC. This was a nice place in a safe area close to downtown. The apartment was very clean and the complex amenities including free garage space and gym were nice.

Great clean and safe place to stay for family

We will definately stay here again next time we need to visit atl. My family really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and safe. The garage was also gated and elevators and all the doors could be u locked with the phone. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable for my family. The location was close to georgia tech and all the downtown attractions.
