Everything is just horrible and y’all can see the policy clearly says 18 years old but when you get there and you’re 18 years old, they’re gonna tell you that it’s 21 if you don’t want 18-year-old standing there you need to change your policy and take accountability that’s misleading information. I understand y’all need more money, but that’s not the way to do it and then on top of that, they refused to give me my refund until Expedia forced them to give me a refund.

Very unsafe. People were doing drugs outside on the balcony. We left and booked at a different hotel, and Hotels.com would not refund the stay. Use a different app for booking and DO NOT book at this hotel. 0 stars. Absolute garbage!

Not even a closet to hang clothes. No shampoo, no press. House cleaning threw away all the food in refrigerator and shampoo bottle bought. Front desk won’t even give a coffee cup to be able to heat some water since there is no coffee maker. Street entrance has people standing or sitting without a bus stop, making it difficult to walk to the street. Room keys got disabled twice. Definitely not for business travel, certainly not for family travel either.
