All around my stay with Americas best was average. A few things bothered me the smell in the room was overpowering we went through 2 packs of incense and the smell was still there. We also tried leaving the door open to help with the smell but that didn’t at all. The bathroom had a smell as well we lit a candle and that seemed to help. The comforter on the bed had a smell so we took that off and put on the floor. Overall my stay was average.

There was hair in the sink and the faucet was dirty. I cleaned the faucet myself that's how dirty it was. I went to the office to check out around 5am. I rang the bell and called the number, I let the phone ring over 20 times, no response. I could see a back pack and an eaten banana so some was there.

Cockroaches, chunks of paint, falling off the ceiling, shower curtain rod brackets, broken out of the wall, room door hinges broken, the door would not fully close. It looks like a police battering ram broke the door off of its hinges and someone did a terrible job trying to reattach it with a couple of screws and a metal bracket. Light switches were cracked and people were working on cars and trucks in the parking lot with loud tools until 11 o’clock at night.

We did not stay at this hotel. We were told get a refund from expedia. The hotel room smelled strongly of cigarette mixed with mold. The area had strange people coming and going. We left before placing our suitcases in the room due to the smell. Please refund our money. Thanks

Front desk personnel was extremely friendly during check in and check out. Room was decent bed was very comfortable. Only issue is there’s roaches!!

Have stayed at this no frills motel many times while in GA for business a,nd had no incidents, But today they gave me a room in a different building near pool. The room smelled moldy and had insects.
