Beautiful & Comfortable Home in ATL!

Our stay at the ATL Luxury Home was wonderful! 8 spacious bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, an outstanding master bedroom & bathroom, pool table & fire pit! Not to mention a magnificent 12 ft fully decorated Xmas tree in the living room to top off the occasion! Close to the airport & communication with the property manager & owner was spot on! Would absolutely stay again!occas

Olympic Quality Stay

I brought 18 members of my Minnesota based running club to Atlanta to watch the US Olympic Marathon Trials and then run in the Atlanta Marathon and Half Marathon the next day. We needed a home with capacity for a large number of un-related adults. This property was perfect and met all expectations. The home and neighborhood were lovely. We were able to make a short drive to a MARTA station to access the downtown activities. The home had ample parking, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining and living areas. It also had a well stocked kitchen which we utilized for breakfasts and dinners. Especially appreciated was having three coffee makers in the cupboard. The property owner Fred was prompt and helpful in all queries. He provided great information before and during our stay. I would love to stay in this home again if the opportunity arises.

This is a beautiful roomy home. We had plenty of room to spread out and the owner was on the spot with any requests. The only negative would be the touch up paint that doesn’t match and dings on the stairwell wall. Also, there needs to be some door trims replaced. Beautifully decorated and very functional.

Excellent house for a large family!

This house was the perfect house for our family of 20 for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was in a great secluded neighborhood so we felt very safe. It was plenty of room for different activities from playing games to eating food (which the two ovens helped tremendously). The house was stocked with everything that we needed in regards to the bathroom and kitchen especially since we couldn’t travel with much due to us flying to Atlanta. Fred was readily available throughout our stay and his hospitality is A1! It felt like home so I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location for a large group

I rented Fred's house for a large group of guys on our annual football trip. The house was exactly as advertised, lots of beds, loads of room. We had a fantastic stay, Fred was excellent to deal with and easy to contact with any questions. If you are looking for a place for a large group, look no further. 5 star service, and an excellent home, thanks Fred.

A great stay!

My wife and family spent our 30th wedding anniversary in Atlanta. This house exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained with plenty of room for our party of 22. The check in and check out process was easy. The communication with the owner was very good although we didn't need to contact him for anything because the house was perfect. If you are in the Atlanta area this is a great home in a great location to rent. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This home was absolutely amazing! It blew me and my family away.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and huge. We enjoyed the stress free hassle of noise control as well as a great neighborhood. We felt secure we saw police on a regular cruise the neighborhood. When Fred was needed he answered and was helpful in every way. If you’re visiting Atlanta area this is the best spot to use.

JUST RIGHT!

This property was JUST RIGHT for us. We were a party of 17 and it was more than enough space for us. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything...pantry items, blender, towels, cutlery...on and on... the owner left extra niceties for us which made our stay even sweeter! It is very spacious! Thank you so much!! We will definitely stay again!

It was great and convenient to a lot of places and things to do for the kids within an hour or less.. The only thing negative was the downtstairs bathroom sink didn’t have hot water, even after running it for awhile but everything else was great!! If we come back we must rent this home again!
