Owner did not provide link for access to unit so checkin process took a phone call. Also had to call for WiFi password, one provided did not work. There were holes in guest bedroom comforter and guest bath washcloth was dirty. At night the parking lot next door became a party around 2am. Parking lot full cars and people playing music yelling and fighting til 7am Friday and Saturday night. It was horrible and unsafe. I would not stay here.

Beautiful property, but lacking different features that make a rental property awesome. Tv did not work, HDMI ports were gone from the tv, which eliminated the possibility to create an ambiance within the property. Other than those few things, beautiful property and great location.

Location was great... everything we planned to attend was walkable. It's also around the corner from a sketchier area and therefore you avoid the majority of potentially troublesome encounters. The place is huge... lots of space. Beds were great. Amenities plentiful. Washer and Dryer a plus. Only major issue was the TV. Needs to be upgraded... no working HDMI ports and out of date as a Smart TV. Freezer ice maker may be having an issue and some hooks in bathrooms would be a simple upgrade. I would stay here again for sure with my family of 5 (all over 20).

Perfect location if you are attending either of the stadiums. Host very responsive and accommodating. The space is a great layout with a cool vibe.

The property is beautiful and is conveniently walking distance to most tourist attractions. We had some issues with finding the parking pass but one of the hosts finally called to tell us where it was. Water and ice broken on the fridge, hdmi ports were busted in on tv, smeared ketchup and a lone press on nail found in drawers, one of the twin beds is on a steep lean. Small things that keep this from being a 5 star rating. Overall a great place to stay for a group trip.

The only TV had all of the HDMI ports ripped out of the back. It was extremely slow and unresponsive. The remote's "enter" button did not work. The coffee machine, microwave and fridge all stopped working. One of the showers took forever for the water to drain. The description says loft however this is a single floor unit with a high ceiling living area, just to clarify for anyone reading this.Otherwise, it was great! I loved the balcony and how close the location was to everything.

The unit was large, spacious, clean and well appointed. There is a parking lot next to the building that is additional to the cost or metered using a parking app. There were unhoused people in the parking lot and along the sidewalk throughout our stay.

Great apartment close to city

Apartment photos of the interior were accurate Outside areas weren’t updated. Old sofa bed was in the outside patio area as broken. Sofa in living room wasn’t a sofa bed as listed but was able to use with bedding which we found in a box in the storage room. Listing said sleeps 6 but currently only 5. Host was super efficient with communication and super helpful with all my queries. The august lock app didn’t work with a UK number so that was an issue. As a previous tenant had lost the key we couldn’t use that. The beds were very comfortable Showers were goodWe didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like there was enough utensils. Some of the cupboards and drawers contained diy materials so this could have been removed. Rooftop was being refurbished so there was no furniture as pictured but I could imagine it will look nice when it’s finished I loved the whole apartment. Perfect for our family for a couple of nights Thank you

Great location when visiting aquarium and surrounding attractions.

Walking distance to a lot of the attractions near the Aquarium. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 teenage girls and parents). We had a little trouble checking in because the text invite to unlock the unit was being sent to spam. Turn your spam filter off and it worked fine. Host was very responsive when we told him that we were having difficulties. Once we got checked in, no problems.

The place was clean and very nice. Restaurant next door delicious! We did have our truck broken into on our last night there. Maybe not the best area. 4 or 5 other cars were broken into as well.

Weekend getaway in Atl

It seems like a bad area but overall it was pretty safe and secure. Once i was sent the link getting inside was a breeze. We noticed it was warm upon entering, contacted host later that evening to say someone wld come the next day, did not it was hot! I wld say the cleaners shld clean a little better under thingsday.

Perfect location for visiting World of Coke, Aquarium, etc.

We loved the location of this condo because it was located within walking distance of the places we wanted to attend. My only complaint is that the ports for the Amazon Firestick on the TV are broken, so we had limited station availability.

HORRIBLE

This had to be the absolute worst place that we could have stayed in Atlanta for the cost. Upon arrival, there was literally water and plaster covering the floors. When I contacted the owner I was told it was from the roof leak that they were experiencing and that I would need to allow roofers into the unit the next day. Thats safe! The dishwasher is broken with an "out of order" sticker on the front, the kitchen sinks completely backed up repeatedly and we were told they would send maintenance, though we could plunge the sinks with the plunger in the BATHROOM if we needed to. Maintenance didn't fix the issue, they didn't even leave Draino. The kitchen drawers were filthy, they didn't provide basic kitchen amenities, the oven racks in the oven didn't even stay in the oven! They fell straight to the bottom of the oven when used. The linens and blankets were filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, there is a hole in the living room floor that they tried to cover with a chair, and the property sits overtop a bar that clearly allows pot...so our evenings went until about 1 am with pot and music so loud that the floors shook. This is also a three floor walk up with no elevator.The clincher? A shooting outside of the unit Friday night. All of these things and photos reported to VRBO and were told they couldn't guarantee the cleanliness of a unit. I'm appalled that VRBO allows a unit in this condition to be rented, shame on both them and the owner for not upkeeping this property

Great Stay

Beautiful property on the inside. The owner/manager was very responsive to any request or inquiries we may have had. The only criticism I would provide is that it would get significantly cold at night even though the thermostat was set to 72. It was a nest thermostat and each morning we would wake the setting would be on 64 with no one in the housing touching the thermostat overnight. However beyond this issue I would definitely stay here again.
