What a beautiful home and great location. Coffee shops and restaurants close by. Within walking distance to venue for wedding reception. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely reccommend and would stay here again.

Great spot for a girls weekend

The home layout was great and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and the living area and kitchen were great. The only negative was the train. It basically runs every half hour and during the day was no big deal but it seemed to take a break from midnight to 4 am then started right back up. No chance of sleeping through that, so it was a rude awakening every 30 minutes. If you have young kids, this could be an issue.

Our group loved this house. The spacious bedrooms/bathrooms gave us plenty of space for sleep and getting ready. The open floor plan downstairs was perfect to congregate and share meals. The porch was another added bonus we were able to enjoy!The house was easy to get to and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a nearby park. When we come back to Georgia, we will look for this lovely blue house in the Historic Norcross area!

Wedding family

We rented Flint Hill as our daughter’s wedding venue and needed a clean, nice, large home in the area to accommodate family and friend visits, our family staying with us and be close to the location for all that we were doing. This turn of the century beauty is spacious, open, well decorated and overall a beautiful home with all modern amenities. We said several times that we would stay here again. It’s a great home and perfect option for a large family. Everyone had plenty of personal space. The front porch is great too with the rocking chairs.
