"Wonderful location. Beautiful city view! As a solo traveler I felt safe and cared for from the front desk, Drawbar staff, the Cafe and Valet who held my bags when I checked out. My only slight disappointment was there is no pool but everything else was truly elite."

"There was a bit of an ant problem around the entrance. Not a huge problem, but there wasn't much I could do to get rid of them because I have a severe ant allergy. Otherwise, it was really great. It looks more spacious in person than advertised."

"This property serves our purpose for a our family's short stay of 3 days in Atlanta for our children graduation ceremony. It is very spacious and have enough rooms for our family members. Packing is a little challenging, because the drive way is a little narrow, but there are enough parking space behind the building. All in all, its a beautiful and nice place to stay."

"The only complaint I had about the apartment itself was the smell, it smelled strongly of stale cigarettes. The apartment complex as a whole was dirty and felt unsafe. I was told by the host that I needed to upload an app to receive a security code to park in the property garage, don’t know why I was told that since the code box was smashed and clearly had not worked in a while. The concrete hallways leading from the parking garage to the apartment were dirty, smelled and scary to walk down."

"The pictures shown on VRBO were not how the property looks now. There was a 'stale' odor as you entered the property and dust balls were in the closet which made you feel as if the house was not cleaned well or not at all.The master bathroom tub need new caulking and the shower curtain needed washing or replaced.The towels were rough and microfiber rags were given instead of cotton wash cloths.The front of the house was quite dusty and a good power was needed.The front entry doors/screen doors required need updating. The metal screen door stuck and it need a good push or pull when entering or leaving the home.The chaise part of the sofa had a large stain.The deck was in terrible conditionBedroom number one bed linen gave the impression that it was not changed (there was an imprint on the bed as if someone had sat on the bed beforeALL RUGS were worn and dirty and needed to be replaced. The edges were curled up and made you stumbleThe fan needed dusting in the master bedroom"

"The location was convenient, and the room itself was spacious, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. There was a thick layer of dust on the nightstands and lamp, and I had to place a towel on the nightstand before putting my belongings down. The carpets had large stains and felt very dirty, and the washroom floor was sticky and unclean. In addition, there was extremely loud music playing on my floor around 2 AM on Tuesday, and I had to contact the front desk because of the noise. Overall, while the location and space were good, the cleanliness and noise level made this a very poor experience."
