THE SPACE
All four bedrooms are located upstairs, creating a quieter retreat away from the main living spaces.

The bright sunroom is a favorite spot for morning coffee, reading, or winding down after a busy day. The living room is designed for easy movie nights, while the fully stocked kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners.

The game room provides additional space to relax, play, and spend time together.

The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, including a private ensuite in the primary bedroom.

The backyard is where many guests spend much of their stay.

Spend the afternoon in the pool, grill dinner on the deck, or gather around the firepit in the evening. Poolside seating makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.

• Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, driveway, and deck walkway
• Noise monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record audio

POOL & SAFETY
The pool is one of the most popular features of the home and is available year-round. Pool heating can be arranged before your stay for an additional fee during cooler months.

Guests use the pool and outdoor areas at their own risk. Please help us keep the area safe and enjoyable for everyone by following these guidelines:

• Pool safety gate should remain closed when not in use
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area
• No diving
• No glass in or around the pool
• Please use caution when swimming after dark

Safety equipment on site includes a pool safety gate, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior lighting around entrances and outdoor areas.
