The Space:

- Open concept living includes comfy seating for 4 in living area and dining seating for 2 at table

- Semi Private bedroom features comfy queen-sized bed and nightstands

- Kitchen includes: Stainless Steel Appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, & 2 burner hot plate), electric tea kettle (w/ herbal teas), coffee maker (w/ regular & decaf), large toaster oven (for baking)

- Patio area features a two person bistro set with string lights and decor for outdoor relaxation

- Private parking for a car located at entry (gravel pad). If you have a larger vehicle, there is plenty of street parking available.



*Additional Main House Rental located in front of the property has separate parking and outdoor space. Both units can be rented together for accommodations for 8-10 people or separately as Main House sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms) and Tiny Home sleeps 2 (1 bedroom).



Guest Access:

This rental listing includes the tiny house only on the property. There is a separate main house on the property, which shares a driveway but this home is set further back. Each house has its own separate parking. For this unit, parking for 1 car is available past the fence on the gravel area. Additional parking available on the street.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits just a short distance from one of Atlanta’s coolest neighborhoods for artists and young families, East Atlanta Village. With its many eateries and pubs, there is no shortage of things to do locally! If you're down for a quick 5 minute drive, you can access some of Atlanta's best hotspots in nearby Glenwood Park, Reynoldstown or Cabbagetown! One of Atlanta's most popular attractions, the Beltline, is easily accessible from any of these neighborhoods where you'll find beautiful street art, the iconic Krog Street Tunnel, and many eateries and attractions... not to mention, the perfect backdrop for pics/videos and an entertaining walk, run, bike, or scooter ride. We’re just a few blocks from Brownwood Park (perfect for picnics and play time). Also, just a short walk away at the corner of Ormewood Ave & Moreland is Ormewood Square which has a few delicious restaurants & shops of its own! In addition to some wonderful walkable amenities, this home and location is a quick drive to all of Atlanta’s other top neighborhoods and attractions.



Anywhere you want to go in Atlanta is a quick 5 to 20 min drive. With proximity to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 15 mins away, this is the perfect location for any one in town for a short or long trip. With easy access to Highway 20, you can make it to any location in Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic). We’re also just a short drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.

Please note, we DO NOT allow for EARLY CHECK-INS or LATE CHECK-OUTS because our homes are occupied with guests back to back.
