Phenomenal customer service!

The location is perfect, great amount of space, decorated very nicely an overall great place with a fantastic balcony view. We did run into a couple of maintenance issues while during our stay and I can not say enough how amazing the owners handled it and how timely it was addressed and fixed! Would stay here again.

Atlanta Market Trip

We stayed at this location while attending the Atlanta Apparel Show. Easy walk to market, so many great food options in the area, and the property was amazing! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely building in the heart of downtown. Friendly residents and communication from host made us feel right at home. The space was as described and great for our stay. We had a short stay and were busy, but we’d love to come back and utilize more of the amenities.

I loved the penthouse; even though the listing led me to believe that the master had a jacuzzi tub and that there was a proper jacuzzi at the pool area. The views are beautiful but I could have gotten a 2 bedroom suite with a north facing view and saved some money at the grand marquis. And they do have a hot tub onsite.

Unbelievable view, absolutely astonishing balcony. The master bed was extremely comfortable and also had a great view right from the bed, going to sleep under city lights and waking up to the skyline and sunrise. Walking distance to everything in downtown atl. Communication with host was great and timely. Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10. The apartment itself was gorgeous and elegant.

Almost perfect!!

Place was amazing with only a few recommended changes. Sofa in the living room very firm and not comfortable. The showers need a small table so you have somewhere to put your shampoo, conditioner, and shaving supplies. Location was perfect for us since I was working at the Americas Mart!!!
