Very little parking nearest to the door. Front desk staff were both excellent checking in and out. Room was decent size, with ample kitchen space (2 burner stove, full size fridge, sink, many cabinets) if you're staying longer. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings just around the corner, and Door Dash also works in this area, I got some Pizza Hut very quickly lol. Very close to the Amphitheater, I had no problem getting an Uber there and back. Decent size bathroom with a huge mirror and more storage space. The property and building were both very quiet which was excellent and appreciated! Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Happy travels!

Check in process was lengthy and asked for irrelevant personal information such as my employer. A $100 deposit was required in addition to the charges I already paid on Expedia, which was not disclosed until I checked in. I should have listened to the red flags and left when I had the chance before check in. Lobby smelled of marijuana, and elevator and hallways smell strongly of cigarette smoke despite having “all no smoking” suites. Room had a floralish chemical fragrance odor so strong it gave me a headache and made my eyes burn. Facilities were in poor condition - bathroom sink faucet leaking, toilet chipped, cabinets peeling. There was a (presumably used?) diabetic test strip left on the kitchenette floor. No toilet paper was provided in the room. This is the first time I have stayed at an Extended Stay America, and I will avoid this brand of hotels going forward due to my experience during this stay. I actually contemplated leaving and just being out the $80 for the night rather than endure the stay.

This place used to be good when I came to US first time before 8 years. Yesterday, the place and room was having smoking smell. The room was very dark and many power outlets were not working.

The room was extremely smelly, carpet dirty, there was even a big dead insect in the carpet. We were so tired after checking in at night, that we just sprayed the room and somehow passed the night. The washroom counter, toilet sear was dirty too.. Overall its just the location which is in a mall, is nice, otherwise its too unghygienic and bad

The room wasn't as clean as I would've hoped. Hairs in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, the room smelled of possibly lasagna, and the sheets were quite rough. It was suitable for a cheap one night stay, but I doubt I'll choose to stay at an extended stay again after this experience.
