訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住

It was a nice place to stay. I felt welcome. The place looked great, decent and the common areas were clean and comfortable. Its location is near downtown, markets, State Farm arena, underground ATL and some good places at a walking distance.The only things noticed: the room we had had a broken door, crack on the wall, chest drawer was broken. We needed additional bedding and we needed to go to front desk to get it. The room was not cleaned (no one came) in two days. And the fee for car valet (only car storing service they provide) it’s super expensive at 52$ a night. Breakfast closes at 9:30am. Overall was a good experience but they could improve some things to make it an outstanding experience for guests.

The hotel is fine. Not many amenities, but it was a good price for downtown. Kind of sketchy area and would not likely stay again. Not enough staff. But all staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom TV did not work, but only stayed overnight so not a big deal. I would pay more at another hotel for better area of downtown (we walked to State Farm arena), more amenities, and some place a little nicer. But overall the stay was fine for one night,

There's a microwave in the room so thats a plus. The Hotel is located in a rough area. People are smoking right outside the entrance, and as you walk out of the car past the entrance, the smell of weed greets you. You smell the same thing whilst on the elevator to your room. My room wasnt ever cleaned, 4 nights stay. No toothpaste or hand wash refresher, no towels changes. Got in late and finding the entrance was a nightmare.

My stay was excellent. Like many, I'm sure, the reviews were mixed when I booked. Understandably, this is an older property with some incredibly nice people and modern upgrades. Like any downtown urban area in America, you'll encounter all kinds of people. It's no different than LA, Denver, New York, etc. Just know that you're getting a good deal for a great price. The breakfast was really nice — cereal bar, fruit, breads, hot breakfast potatoes, chicken and pork sausage, eggs, yogurt, and a waffle bar. Shirley was a shining star in there. Chris at the front desk was amazing. The people and staff here really shine. The room had some signs of wear, but was recently updated, very spacious with a living room, separate bedroom, mini kitchenette, large clean bathroom, and the shower pressure was just about the best I've ever experienced. The elevator was slow and often busy, but I was lucky and it always worked out. Great for central downtown location, price was unbeatable, and the security was good. If I'm back in Atlanta (downtown), I would definitely consider staying there again. Thank you.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable but the room was nice and clean. The toilet ran all night which was really annoying. I ended up leaving my coat at the end of my stay and they mailed it back to me within a day of me reporting it. The system they have is extremely organized and the staff is really helpful. So if you lose something and you have proof that it’s yours, you’ll definitely get it back.

This is not a safe place to stay, plain and simple. Upon being dropped off I was already being harassed by individuals on the corner in front of the hotel entrance. The access to the hotel is hidden and on the side of the building, there’s no grand entrance because you need to be buzzed in and out which already set off warning signals. The hotel itself is decent, nothing exciting to offer and barebones. I actually didn’t end up staying, I cancelled and found another hotel that was safer. Worse yet, currently they won’t issue a refund for the stay even though I didn’t stay overnight. I was in and out in less than a few hours. Overall, horrible experience and was lucky I was able to find another place to stay. I was supposed to have a group of us staying here and we all relocated, would not recommend especially if you’re in town for an event at the convention center. You’re not going to be able to walk there. I’m hoping to get the refund by continuing to dispute, but so far still disappointed.
