This light and bright three bedroom, two bathroom unit is Ponce City Market's largest floor plan and can accommodate up to six visitors. The most striking characteristic you notice when you enter the unit is the steel frame window wall that reveals the skyline of the town and the vibrant market energy below.
The open floor plan idea makes the unit ideal for entertainment, and the appealing L-shaped Italian leather sofa is a display piece and gathering location for a film night with friends and family or a lazy evening alone and away from it all.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own distinct aesthetic vibe but offer equal
comfort and privacy with its plush mattresses (one king, two queen) and high
thread count linens. The master bedroom offers sprawling city views and an en
suite bathroom with a large glass shower, and the second bathroom features a
tub and shower combo and plenty of storage.
Each unit at Ponce City Market includes a washer and dryer and access to secure
parking. The 80-year old building was a southeast hub
for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes freshly sealed-and-stained concrete
floors, original windows and a unique design that highlights the best of modern
living with historical appeal.

PARKING: $19 daily secured garage parking
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.

RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
