The hotel is very lovely, our suite was very beautiful and roomy. The staff were outstanding! The only issue was the noise outside - even from the 5th floor was very loud. You can hear loud music, loud people, loud cars etc.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the valet and the room was spacious and clean but beware… I wasn’t aware this was a time share property and when the front desk told us to head to “customer service” to get our wristband keys to our room, it turned out to be a sales pitch for a timeshare. It was 20 mins of trying to convince us to sign up for the tour and that they earn money for every person that attends the tour. We politely declined and the sales person was friendly but saying no thanks is not what they want to hear. I also dinged another star for the noise. We were on the 5th floor and the first night someone was blaring music for over an hr at 2am on the street. The second night people kept revving their engines and blasting music. We weren’t able to change rooms as there were none available due to ATL having MLB All-Star week and Beyonce performing at the same time.

We had an absolutely fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful the staff is fabulous. I only wish we would have been up on a higher floor. We were on the 5th floor which was nice but we prefer to be up higher. If we ever get back to Atlanta again if we will definitely be staying at Margaritaville.

Love the property. Next to everything, so that was a huge advantage. Room was great.... only thing that was annoying was the sales people trying to get me to sign up for there timeshare. Told them no, dont want to do a tour, im good....the next day at 7:15 am they call the room, talking about a free gift if you do a tour. I said man, if you dont get off this phone.... calling me madd early in the AM about a damn tour.....smh. other than that, everything was good.

This property was amazing! The service received from all staff members encountered was impeccable. The room was inviting, nice & spacious. The rooftop pool area was relaxing with a great view. The onsite Margaritaville restaurant was a vibe with goid food & an amazing staff. Hotel was in a great location, walkable to other restaurants & venues. Margaritaville made the staycation for my birthday a memorable one & I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Margaritaville property in Atlanta. We knew going in that we would be offered a tour of the property. When I said we weren’t interested, the staff was not pushy at all. Everyone there was super friendly and offered help without hesitation! The room was nice and well equipped. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. Other people complained about valet parking, but most downtown hotels require paying to park or valet. The valet staff was super friendly and quick to get our vehicle. I would definitely stay here again! Fins up!
