It was an okay stay, but the house and the contents are very tired. Needs a thorough cleaning and painting. Door lock had to be reset for us to enter the property. This was taken care of pretty quickly. Was not very clean but cleaning person sent on day three did a great job. TV remote issues due to missing battery cover was addressed when cleaning lady found the missing piece. Management company sent a new remote anyway. Stools in the kitchen were falling apart and not safe. Issue was not addressed. Both shower faucet handles had issues that were not addressed. Grill is rusty/dirty and not useable. Location was perfect for us. Nearby park is excellent. I would not rent this one again.
