Very smooth and easy stay!

Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location for a group attending an event at the Benz. Walkable, comfortable and smooth process from start to finish. Would definitely rent again.

Ok, but…

Great location, easy check in, clean enough, heat either full blast or off, marginal hot water, toilet needs work, BA door knob so loose ready to fall off, no bath soap or shampoo. Expected better.

Great stay

We stay here for passion2023 because it was walking distance from State Farm Arena. Everything was great in the room all but the AC it took a long time to cool down thankful for the fans. Other then that everything is great. Would stay here again

Great location close to Centennial Park

This apartment is in a great location just uphill from Centennial Park and the Aquarium with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Checking in was simple and direct with the front desk explaining everything. The only issue was one of the windows was broken which made cooling the apartment difficult. But I’m sure that will be fixed soon.

Nice place. Short and sweet.

Everything was good. Parking was next door. Expensive. We had an infant with us and there is a lot of weed smell throughout the building and elevator which was unpleasant. Comes with staying in downtown though!! Other than that place in the heart of the city.
