BEWARE of the mold….Thanksgiving was ruined!
Our stay at this rental was an absolute nightmare! The house was mold infested and the smell was unbearable. The house was filthy with mold in the coffee pot, ceiling, and dishwasher. The bedding was covered in white stains and we could not even go to sleep after driving seven hours to get here without washing the covers first. There were no clean towels, and no soap or tissue in the bathroom. The host was incredibly rude, unresponsive to our messages and would not provide any remedies for us to move to another property, refund or cancel our reservation. After repeatedly trying to contact the owner and Vrbo With no resolve my family and I ended our Thanksgiving vacation 3 days early due to the safety concerns from a breathing in mold for 2 days. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. Please beware as the pictures and title as a new home are false and very misleading. This is a old home with mold damage in the walls and foundation.
