"The location is great. Hotel needs a bit of upgrade in the rooms. The chairs were unusable at the desk. The bathroom was fine but plumbing noisy - the door was too awkward and first room we struggled to slide it. Changed rooms due to the bathroom door, refrigerator cabinet broken and not good ventilation. Next room the door slid better to the bath, ventilation better. Beds were good. Breakfast was as expected - fresh coffee all day. Overall, Good value for what we paid. Daytime front desk very helpful."

"Our room smelled very musty and some things were in need of repair (tiles in bathroom, faucet). We booked for the pool and after check in were told it isn’t open until Memorial Day. Lastly, a $69 charge for parking is pretty ridiculous on top of the room charge."

"Very secure with gates and very helpful and willing staff. Checked in rather late, so I did not make use of many of their amenities, however what I did use/see was great. Would stay again."

"I’m got charge 2x for my room, i checked in around 8:30 pm and checked out at 5am. I need a refund. A/C was loud, we requested for wake up call it didn’t happen, we called many times for room service no answer. But the receptionist the following day on May 5th was very good. We missed the shuttle service for 2 mins along with the other guests, he called the driver to come back right away so we will not be late for our flight. "
