You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Private Suite in transitional O4W.

One bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, 10 foot ceilings, private entrance, sunroom, living room, small kitchen, large bathroom, walk-in closet and very small capacity stackable washer/ dryer. Sunroom overlooks front garden with downtown skyline views. Kitchen is open to living room which has french doors to sunroom. Bedroom is large with queen size bed and laundry in walk-in-closet. There is gated parking available and plenty of street parking. This apartment is on the first floor of a 100 year old house in the most diverse neighborhood in Atlanta - Historic Old Fourth Ward. Some people may be intimidated by this diverse and transitional neighborhood. You will see people of all races so if that makes you uncomfortable you may want to stay elsewhere.
There's plenty of free street parking if you park 20 ft from crosswalks and 15 ft from fire hydrants. We have one spot available in our gated driveway behind the house that there is a remote on the coffee table.

Great Place to stay for a solo traveler

The host Patrick was easy to work & very accommdating. He even helped me bring up my luggage and showed me how to use the electronic lock. I absolutely recommend this location for a solo traveler

Exactly what we wanted

Was in town for a conference and needed a place near the Georgia Congress and rooming enough to hang out that wasn’t a stale hotel room. Also needed to be clean, secure, and affordable. All were met. Plus, place had solid furniture with nice interior which made it a fun stay for us.

Good stay

Having never been to Atlanta, this stay was perfect because it was near everything and in a good neighborhood. I love plants and the front yard made the place feel more like a hide away.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating-they even helped us carry in our luggage! Beautiful old home with high ceilings and wooden floors. Quiet neighborhood with private parking, and close to everything that we wanted to see and do! Will definitely recommend!!

Great peaceful time

My hosts were great as well as their animals and the property was clean and as comfortable as I would be at home. They were very personable, helpful and made it feel like home. I would recommend this suite and area as well to anyone.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The private entrance and gated parking were nice. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also conveniently located near places we wanted to go. Our Hosts were kind and answered our questions. I would definitely stay again!

Comfy Cozy!!!

My husband & I had a kid free night out and this place did not disappoint!! The owners were incredible, the bed, pillows & sheets were soooooo comfortable! Although we didn't cook they had everything one would have needed. Thank you guys for the hospitality!!!

I stayed for 30 days at this property. It fit my needs as a home/remote office and was a very comfortable place to stay for this length of time. I found it to be a very private unit as a rental out of a house. The home owners are friendly, helpful, and overall really good people.

Stayed for three nights over New Years

Perfect spot for a couple to stay in town. The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we didn’t go out for meals. This was helpful as we did not have a car. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a nice bonus as well. Short Uber ride for the house from the marta station, which was convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Perfect, quiet & well-equipped!

I enjoyed two weeks as a guest at Patrick's Vrbo. Fast Internet let me work remotely without issues, and the small kitchen was surprisingly ergonomic and well-stocked, allowing me to cook all my meals without going out. I felt safe leaving my car in the gated lot; the few times I needed to drive, it was easy to get to Trader Joe's or the highway. The Vrbo is also a short walk to CVS, The Jimmy Carter Presidential Library, and The King Center, and whatever conventions are being held at the nearby hotels (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, etc.). Patrick was friendly and responsive to my messages and was also on-site to greet me upon arrival. Who could ask for anything more?

I came later than I anticipated, so it was dark and I got a little turned around. They helped me get in and even offered to help with my things. I somehow locked myself out, they talked me through the solution even though it was after 11. I got ready to leave, they closed the gate so I didn’t have to walk around. Accommodating is an understatement. The space was perfect, exactly as advertised, but better in person. It was nice having a designated parking spot. Caught a quick Lyft to and from my location and never had to worry about traffic. For those who complained about the location, you prob just need to get out a lil more, there’s nothing wrong with this area. I’m already looking for an excuse to return!
