The Space
Set inside the historic Peachtree Towers, this renovated entire condo is designed for comfort and convenience in the heart of Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, it sleeps 4 and offers a layout that makes it easy to recharge, work remotely, or unwind between plans. Elevator access and self check-in via keypad help make arrival smooth and simple.

Sleeping arrangements
Two separate bedrooms give you breathing room at the end of the day. One features a king bed and the other a queen bed, both paired with quality bedding and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. TVs are available in the living area and bedrooms, so you can wind down with standard cable after exploring the city.

Living space & remote work
The living area balances relaxation and productivity, with a dedicated workspace, Wifi, and lighting you can tailor to the moment. The building’s insulation helps maintain a quieter feel even in a walkable downtown location, making it a comfortable base for focused work and restful downtime.

Kitchen & dining

Building, access & safety
You’ll have a private entrance and self check-in with a door code. Exterior security cameras are present on the property, with active surveillance cameras located only in common areas, elevators, and entry doors - never inside the condo. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Housekeeping is available at extra cost.

A patio or balcony offers a small outdoor extension of the space.

Parking, Transit & Extras
Convenient surface parking is available right next to the building, and a parking deck is just a block away. Please note that parking fees are not included and are paid separately.

Getting Around
Uber rides are always under 5 minutes and very reasonably priced, making it easy to explore the city.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the kitchen. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
