The space
Property is setup like a duplex, the studio suite is attached to the main house, but has it's own entrance, driveway, kitchenette, full bathroom with enormous shower with unlimited hot water!!

The duplex does share a door with the main home, but is secured on both sides, so you have full control on access and is never used by us.
Guest access
Guests will have access to driveway and studio freely at whatever times they would like.

Main home and backyard are off limits unless invited in by us.

Great communication with the host. No issues with check in/out. The unit was cozy and kid friendly. My daughter loved the bunk beds. King bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that the hosts had cold water and sodas in the fridge for purchase (cheap!). Host also left a menu for homemade meal purchase— healthy alternative to fast food. The massage chair was next level! We enjoyed our stay. I recommend this unit if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, “like home” place to stay.
