It's a Super 8, so I didn't expect much. For a cheap hotel, the staff was very good, and friendly. I lost my key and they gave me a new one asap. They let me in a little early for breakfast. On the down side, the rooms feel old and in need of a refresh. And my room had that weird, musty, motel room smell. The breakfast very minimal. For example, they had generic bagels, but no cream cheese. The coffee was acceptable.

I’ve stayed here a few times when traveling for work. Nothing lavish, but it’s clean, safe, no bugs, hot water, comfy bed and close to a lot of little shops and eats in downtown Decatur. This time they let me check in a bit early which was nice. I’ll stay again when I come back for work if it’s available

Cons: carpet and interior fabrics from the seventies by appearance as well as feel, and the overall room smelled a little mildewed when the air conditioner was on. We had to turn it off to sleep. Doors didn’t close well, electric was spotty and the toilet wasn’t secure. Also, contrary to advertised, no breakfast anyone would touch. Pros: Nice view of the cemetery from our room.

You get what you paid for. Nothing special but not terrible. Most dirt are just stains they probably can't get out. The fridge still had food from someone else's stay and a little mold in it. One night was very noisy so I called the desk to see if it was maintenance or to call there attention to it if it was an issue they should be aware of. The woman was dismissive and rude. Do not expect decent customer service. Even other interactions that weren't rude were not welcoming. It was more casual/bored. Overall the customer service was the main issue, but the actual hotel was fine. If you need a cheap place in a good location it works.

Good location, safe, close to downtown. Hotel check in staff was great. I had a late check in because of flight delays and they were accommodating holding my room. Upon check out, they held my bags while I went to work. Clean room, safe area, lots of food options, close to MARTA. This was my second time staying here, I will definitely use it again.

Location close to Downtown Decatur was very nice. Room was a little dated but clean enough. Maid service was daily and done well. Nice staff. Small fitness room but it's enough for traveling and convenient laundry room. Only downside is that there was no safe in the room.

Scary people wandered in the parking lot. The first room they put me in stunk so much, I requested to be put in another room. The second room was a little better, but the carpet was old, and the floor felt sunken in by the doorway. Two of the lamp bases had rust like patches on them. Not business-friendly: The room was so very dark (even with ALL the lights on) that I couldn’t work in the room and left early, even though it made me lose money (because I had paid in advance). I just wanted out. After turning in my room keys, as I was getting ready to pull out of the parking lot, the front desk attendant came out and knocked on my car window. He kindly pointed out that I still had one more night left that I had paid for. I told him I preferred to leave. He said he couldn’t refund any of my money and that I needed to take up this issue with my booking agent. I will never stay at this hotel again. However, the front desk staff was very polite and professional.
