The building was a bit rundown & the front desk personnel were not at all helpful. However, the unit was great & the location couldn’t be beat.

Cons: Check in was at 4 pm, we arrived at 530 to find that the cleaning crew had not been in yet and they showed up at 6 and asked us to wait in the lobby so they could clean. The key fob to enter the building did not work and had to have the 24hr desk officer to let us in after returning or going outside at all. The area is not a very nice area for families, lots of trash and constant smell of burnt marijuana in the parking lot and around the building. There was broke glass from windows being broken out laying in the parking lot. I attempted to contact the property management company through VRBO and email with no response. Pros: the room itself was very updated with nice decor and appliances. It was obvious that someone took care with remodeling the room to update things and make their space nice.
