不滿：整潔度和房源資料準確度
The owner was nice on the few questions i had to get into the house.We were exhausted after a long day of driving, and collapsed into bed.It was the next morning we discovered how bad it was… ill repair of doors, flooring, back porch, and bathrooms.The toilets were dirty under the seat (different color hair than any of us have).I called and the owner in the morning and she said she was surprised because she inspected herself !!I had already booked the next say the following week for our return trip and i cancelled due to that response - i list all refund options and the process to use the VRBO insurance is so frustrating i gave up.I certainly will not stay here again nor am i likely to purchase the rip off insurance either.
