Sonesta Atlanta Northwest Galleria - Marietta
Heater was broken, shower was broken, water sprayed everywhere, bath tub stopped up, no hot water, one set of towels. Called the desk for assistance, i was told go text the number and no one responded.

Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair ...

Solid job. Room was smaller than anticipated, but wasn't an issue. Tv placement could have been better, but that's my worst "complaint" if I had to have one.
