"Rooms pretty clean still toilet paper in the peep hole and debris behind entry door but no complaints on room in general. The parking of 20 dollars is very high compared to other properties near by. area outside and around property is very dirty and homeless right outside property on boardwalk. gaming not very good compared to other local properties. it is a nice place to visit once to experience the area but in general there are better and cheaper casinos in your own state i'm sure. If you have two rooms they will not validate your 5 dollar off parking on both rooms only will use one even though it doesn't specify this anywhere on paper. Overall with the outlets mostly empty and how the city is ran down the price the casinos are gauging I will not visit again, but if you would like to stay to experience the board walk as a bucket list thing then this casino is okay just check surrounding properties for fees charged and compare. Also it is 150 deposit on top of resort fees and taxes upon check in. "

"The Holiday Inn Express has high standards and was worth the price. The Holiday Inn Express was excellent, but the beach was full of trash. Thousands of beer cans and beer bottles nearby, and the hotel next door was boarded up and littered with lots of trash. It's unfortunate the neighborhood has gone to pot."
