Had a good stay, the only issue I had was there was a droning/humming sound. So when you went to sleep, you could hear it (over the heater/AC)

Overbooked, relocated
I was suppose to stay at the Hampton Inn, but was relocated to the Comfort Suites . It was due to over booking, was the explanation. Hotel was not up to same standards.

Everything was great except for the bed. Bed was not comfortable. Where the bed lacked, everything else made up for it. Very clean, nice little touches everywhere. Heated pool was a bonus.

The hotel and room are pretty clean, the only thing i would say is the noise coming from around the room, it's was loudy a lot and it was down season.

Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Hallway carpet a little worn. Location very convenient. Did not have as many cable tv station or on demand as other Hampton inns I stayed in in this area.

Very comfortable
We booked 2 rooms for an overnite stay after Christmas. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkin and out was a breeze

Jodi at the front desk was exceptional. Courteous, upbeat, and very accommodating. The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We thought noise from the airport would be bad, but we only heard one plane the whole time. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Breakfast buffet options included healthy stuff, incl. oatmeal and chopped fruit. Pool was good. Non smoking room was clean. No chemical, pesticide, cleaning odors. Will stay here again if I'm in AC.

The reservation was cancelled due to a declined credit card that was not updated in time and when you reported to the hotel, all the rooms had been sold. We apologize for any inconvenience but if payments are not settled by 12 noon they are subject to cancellation per our policy.
