The house had everything we needed for a great family vacation with five grandchildren and their parents. The beach chairs, beach badges, cart, and beach canopy made things easy. All of us also enjoyed the pool.

Brigantine Bliss

First class home with wonderful spaces for all to enjoy. Beds, bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and the beautiful views from porches. Kids from four to forty can easily walk to the beach. I definitely would recommend this fabulous home in Brigantine!

Beautiful get getaway

We loved the space in the house . The location was awesome. Overall we loved the rooms and amenities. The communication was awesome as well. We would definitely stay again.

The property was well taken care of. All the extras in the home were well thought out. Extra chairs, fuzzy blankets, fireplace, heated pool even in april, beach chairs for everyone, and very attentive to all our needs...eager to please.

The property was great. Smallish pool but heated which was great. Owner very responsive and helpful. Great house for large group. Everything in kitchen you could need. Easy walk to beach. Lovely neighborhood

Beautiful house, great space and so close to the beach

Beautiful house that easily accommodated a group of 13 ladies. Very spacious and has all amenities needed. The pool was warm even though the day was a bit cold and windy. Host is very responsive and flexible. Location is great - a little over a block from the beach and 15 mins drive to AC where we went out for dinner and drinks. Uber ride back was so easy! Would love to stay here again.

Girls Weekend Getaway

What a gorgeous home! Plenty of room to spread out with 2 living rooms and so many bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with an oven I would die to have at home! Owner was very responsive & accommodating to our inquiries. I only wish it was summertime so we could enjoy the pool and the porches. Perfect!

Perfect Family Beach Week!

Marissa's beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. The house is tastefully decorated, bright, spacious and very functional, just as the pictures suggest. As my father-in-law put it, every single room is extremely pleasant. The house fit 12 of us with lots of space for the adults, teens and tweens to spread out comfortably. We loved the large updated kitchen, ample balconies and fun pool area (the pool is not large, but is more than adequate for the kids to have fun in, and for an after beach day dip and lounge). The garage is clean and organized and has plenty of space for bike and beach gear storage. We used the fridges in the garage to store drinks that could be easily loaded into the cooler to take to the beach, which was very convenient. Marissa provides beach passes and quality beach chairs for everyone, as well as a beach cart and floats for the pool. The location of the house is ideal, a short block form the beach and walking distance from a great bakery and a burger/ice cream place. We truly enjoyed our week here, and are considering booking again soon.

Escape to Atlantic City-Spa Retreat! Self-Care! Meditation & Spiritual Disciplines

The Host, Melissa and her office Manager Joe (of the Luxury Villa - Pool, Elevator) were the most gracious and accommodating hosts ever. Thank you Melissa for providing the most beautiful, elegantly decorated, comfortable, spa like space anyone could ever ask for. The property did not disappoint. It was just as presented on the website. The kitchen was immaculate and fully furnished, bedrooms comfortable and spacious, beautifully updated bathrooms, and two open area living spaces that provided breathtaking views of the balconies and pool. The elevator made it easier to travel from the first to the third floor. The women were blown away by being in such a luxurious, tranquility place right near the beach. The retreat like atmosphere allowed all of us the opportunity * to come together, * to rest and relax, and * to be restored physically, emotionally and spiritually. Wonderful Thanksgiving Retreat

We had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving here with our extended family 14 adults ranging from 23 to 83 and it exceeded all expectations! We have rented 8 different homes up and down the mid-Atlantic coast over Thanksgiving weekend and this was one of the best. The property was clean, well kept and had ample room for all of us. We never felt like we were “on top” of others Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had plenty of room and counter space to accommodate several cooks working simultaneously. The first floor living area is comfortable with a great fireplace and plenty of seating - the younger crowd was able to use this area to separate when needed. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly top priorities here. Every room was spotless, and everything from the linens to the furniture was in excellent condition. We felt like we were staying in a well-loved and well-cared-for home. Overall, this property made our Thanksgiving extra special. It was perfect for a large group, offering ample space, comfort, and charm. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, well-maintained shore retreat.

Wonderful Vacation in Brigantine

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying at the Luxury Villa. When we arrived, our vacation home was very clean and fully equipped (as promised). We were just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool was enjoyed by all. Nothing better than the Jersey Shore. Marissa was very quick to respond to any of our questions. She was in touch with us frequently. She was without a doubt that best host I’ve ever rented from. I’d 100% recommend renting from Marissa and staying at the Luxury Villa.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! The house is super clean, modern and in great condition. The elevator was a huge plus for our family (and aging parents) and it allowed us to transport everything and everyone around the house. The pool was so lovely and beach is so close by and easy to access. We will definitely rent here again.

Vinebergs love Brigantine!

expected more of a gourmet kitchen (utensils, etc.) i.e. no garlic press, hand mixer, hand juicer for lemons. wine opener was broken, lack of baking dishes for casseroles. Hooks for outdoor shower. would love room darkening shades in bedrooms. But soooo many positives, location, front porch, great kids room, beautiful beach chairs and wagon. fabulous pool. quick responses when we did have issues.. extra fridges and beautiful bar area downstairs. Thanks so much!

Spring Break Staycation

Beautiful Property

I stayed in the house with a large group of my cousins. They had a blast in this three floor home. It was clean, there was plenty of space for all of us. Our only drawback is the fact that we stayed in March, instead of spending a weekend in the summer here. We will definitely be rebooking either this house or house with the same company. This house is a great listing at a great price.

Perfect getaway

The property was pristine . We were 10 adults that had plenty of space to socialize and have fun . It was winter so we didn’t enjoy any of the outdoor amenities but we did get to enjoy so time on the ample decks. Would definitely go back

ANOTHER fantastic weekend...

Prompt replies and routine communication with home owner/property manager made planning our weekend all the easier. Property is as advertised. A beautiful, spacious and clean home. Our group has stayed here multiple times, and we see no need to search for an alternate location.
