PROSWalkable distance to Ventnor Avenue with many shopsAbout 2 1/2 blocks walk to the beachSmall backyard areaCONSListing says parking available, but it is actually on street parking. Trying to find a spot is very difficult. We had to double park on a one-way street (which the rental is located on) to unload our luggageBad lightingKitchen has only one outlet and you have to unplug things to use it for something else Bathroom is VERY basic. No fan so it fills up with steam immediately and no mirror lightBathroom has dollar store shower curtain and plastic rings on a pole that has a wire attached to the ceilingThe showerhead in the bathroom is so high up on the wall you can't even reach it to adjust it. My husband who is 6 foot two is the only one that could adjust the shower head and it was a stretch for himThere is no grab rails or anything at all inside the shower and no shelves to put any of your toiletries inside the shower. No shelves in bathroom anywhereBathtub extremely slippery. We had to put towels down on the floor of the tub so we wouldn't break our neckOnly provided towels and no washcloths. Thankfully I bought some with me Window unit air conditioners only. The house was 85 when we walked in. Took all day to cool down Beds are very creaky and rickety. All of them Air conditioner in bedroom off of the kitchen doesn't work very well No TVs in any of the bedroomsI would not recommend for a family, especially with young kids.
