My room was not cleaned, even after calling front desk and requesting it be cleaned. My sheets accidentally got soiled. Had to make a second call. The pool was not as I remembered it. It was cold in the hot tub. The pool water was very cold as well. This trip did not meet my expectations.

The pillows were awful. They should have a variety. After tossing and turning all night, we decided to drive home 3:30 in the morning.

Ocean Casino Resort
Such a beautiful hotel. The restaurants are really good. A really good atmosphere. I wish the hotel rooms were soundproof. Because you can hear people in the hallway or people are in the bedroom when they’re talking. But overall the good hotel.
