「The location was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants. Owners were very accommodating and communicative. Our issue was that they had a previous occupant smoke in the condo. We called the property manager and only received a cleaning spray, nothing to control the smell. We purchased 2 bottles of Febreeze, which helped, but it’s not perfect. I also needed to clean the bathtub when I arrived, because there was hair in it.」

「Our family enjoyed our visit but there weren’t enough chairs at the table…And a better mattress on the pull out couch is needed. A cutting board or tea kettle in the kitchen would be helpful. Checkout time should be clearly stated in the onsite rental manual.」

「The AC sound like a vacuum cleaning when it is running. It kept the unit cool. But good luck trying to sleep when it running. And only a few dishes and glasses. There were only two of us. So no big deal on our end. But a family of 4… not enough to go around.」

「Perfect getaway with easy access to the beach. Is kept very clean and tidy. Even had beach equipment like chairs and sand toys. Kitchen was also well equipped.

「Home was nice and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked to prepare meals at home. Beds were comfortable. Walk to the beach was a bit long, but worth it for having space to spread out on the beach. Just make sure to bring a beach wagon if traveling with small kids. Overall, a nice house and met our needs for a quick getaway.」

「The beach house is in a great location and very convenient for enjoying the beach and surrounding area. We really enjoyed the location and the overall stay. However, the house could use more thorough cleaning. Some areas needed extra attention, and a deeper cleaning between guests would make the experience much better. With improved cleanliness, this would be a great place to stay.」
