"This property is very outdated. When pulling up, it gives creepy apartment vibes instead of hotel. It was an okay stay to rest our heads at night before getting back on the road for a long trip."

"The interior and exterior of the hotel was very nice, with friendly staff, neatly stocked items for convenience. Although, the snacks were a little pricey the selection was good. The connected restaurant did close pretty early, but the food was great and the service was very good as well. Being that you are in downtown Atlanta, there was a lot of homeless people out and around, so that is something everyone isn't used to. And they offer valet parking at $55 a day/night (you can come and go as much as you want), it's a convenience to have so you don't have to pay for parking each time you leave and reenter."

"Very clean and quiet hotel! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the room was spotless. Our room included a small living area and a bedroom that could be closed off which was delightful! The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had! They had a guy making made to order omelette in addition to fresh, yummy breakfast items. It was a very popular amenity. They also did a cocktail hour with one free drink and small snacks. We did not partake, but I believe there was chips and salsa. The alcohol was beer, wine and spirits! Lovely location on top of everything else. I wish we had more hotels like this in other places!"

"We have an infant and when we got to our room, black, plastic, rectangular fixtures with a spike from the bed were laying around our bed. There was also chips around the bed as well. We had almost no toilet paper with no refills, the bodywash and conditioner bottles were empty as well. We told front desk when we woke up and noticed it, as we got there at 3am and didn't do a thorough walk thru. When we came back 8 hours later, those issues had not been addressed. We contacted front desk and the manager sent someone up right away to remedy the issues. Check-in, on a prepaid room for 3 nights at 3am took at least 30 mins to happen. Apparently we were supposed to alert the staff of our late arrival, which I had never heard of or done before. The time it took to check-in was bothersome. We had just drove 7 hours with a baby to have a great time in ATL. Restaurant on site was nice. Food was delicious. Clean open areas and clean elevators. Breakfast was ok. We didn't appreciate the staff refusing to make more coffee or give us clean bowls when we arrived 40 mins to closing time. Everyone was complaining and frantic to get their food and drinks. Seemed like an easy issue to solve."
