"Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents. They did really go above and beyond to help transport luggage left behind from Marrakech to Casablanca, and one who served as a translator when my wife was sick and had the doctor visit us in the room. Otherwise, I find the place to be too conceited about what they think their persona actually is. Four Season, Mandarin, Aman and of course the Royal Mansour - all better options."

"We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel for a summer stay, but in the winter there is not much to do "
