The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. “I have stayed here for 1 week, in June. I have found not only the hotel but the staff extremely friendly and helpful, we have stayed in one of the pool rooms and the pool/patio space has been more than sufficient with lots of space to swim around and enjoy our time. In the day we have mainly stayed at the Beach Pool and got drinks from the beach bar, and during the evenings entertainment had drinks from Aggeliki who has been more than polite, helpful and a joy to be around. “Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests.”

Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. “Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal. Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen.”

The hotel also helped with getting to a convenient parking with a big discount. They also arranged an early checkout and booked a taxi for us to the port. “Beautiful quiet spot! A walk or cycle from the Center of Frangkocastello (and where the beach is wonderful and child friendly too). The taverna on the sea front just infront of the property has excellent traditional Greek food and there are many more to try in the center too. Very peaceful location, with a few similar looking apartment hotels scattered along this coastline. The hosts are wonderful. A pool was just finishing being built right behind the current apartments property and looked like……
