"Wonderful place to stay. Lovely. But we picked it hoping it would be an easy one night stay before departing Malta. The taxi driver we had arranged for in advance stood us up and we were really, really lucky to find an alternative way to get to the airport in time. "Really lovely hotel and one of the best i have stayed in. It was clean and very well maintained. We booked a deluxe double room with balcony and it was a decent size with lots of cupboard space. We went for my husbands 60th Birthday and the room had been decorated with balloons and red petals. They also left a delicious slice of chocolate cake with happy birthday on it which was a lovely touch and a nice surprise for my husband. Bed linen & towels looked new. They were nice and fluffy and changed daily. We loved the roof top pool which had spectacular views over Mellieha bay. It was adult only too which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful which is always nice. My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel and hope to go back again next year."
