「The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.」

「Not as expected, as rooms were pretty hot even with AC turned on.
of course with an area of 3BHk villa you can't expect 1 ton AC to cool the room」

「Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. I had my Drivers license, Passport copy and also my Pan card and they insisted they needed my Adhar card only and at that point we insisted that if they wanted anything specifically they should have listed that...
