There were so many trucker cabs in it was difficult to park. We were in two different rooms - the first had dirty linens, walls and doors. The second had a sofa that was very worn out

It's a hole in the wall that need to be condemned they took my money didn't let me in the room and I have been traveling all night and the reason why they took my money is because they didn't make it clear that you need to put a $60 cash deposit so I was clear in another world 4 hours away from my loved ones and never was able to get in the room I slept in that car in my night that night in tears wondering if somebody would kill me in the car it was really traumatic experience for me I'm very sorry to inform you of this but this is a place that needs structure or to be condemned it was plenty of prostitutes and pimps outside the hotel and there was plenty of people walking to and fro so I don't know why he wanted my money in cash but God bless him

Dear Guest,Please do not spread false information regarding your reservation. You were asked to provide a credit or debit card or 60 cash equivalent to cover incidentals as is standard policy across the industry. You lacked either method which unfortunately means we cannot process your reservation for check in. Instead you choose to berate my staff and spread false information regarding our business.

Pros: convenient location, affordable, near shopping and dining, room had wood laminate floors, bed was comfortable. Cons: toiletries were 1 packet of 2-1 shampoo, conditioner and some small soap bars, no Kleenex in room. had to get ice from office even though there was a working ice machine, no continental breakfast, no bedside lamps in room 112. Linens and towels were stained. A train track and crossing are directly behind hotel.

Not bad for a night or two
Things the property owner could control were nice. The things they have no control over is the loud trains that run all night and some questionable guest. For the money it wasn’t too bad.

This motel is not a great place to stay if you actually want to sleep. I was up all night with people partying and doing drugs outside my door. Called the desk at 2:30 am - she said she would call their room… not sure how she could know what room they were in- as they were just hanging outside. I also asked to talk to manager and nobody would come to the desk or return my messages. Absolutely horrible and druggy friendly.

We're sorry your experience was less than perfect. I double checked with our staff about what transpired, and two guests were outside enjoying their cigarettes for approximately 15 minutes after which they returned to their room and you were not disturbed for the remainder of the night. Not bad
The room was nice and clean and big the bed was a little uncomfortable TV was great caught all kinds of channels the only thing was the train that went by every 2 to 4 hours but it didn't bother me none would stay there again for the price

Spend some money on carpet tiles that can be easily removed and replaced or even vinyl on the floors. But do something. The carpet is disgusting.

Tweak Hotel
I asked to be moved because some tweakers were using a cordless skill saw to sharpen an axe handle in front of the room next to mine. It’s kid in the front office said they didn’t have any other rooms. The parking lot was empty. The other rooms were obviously vacant. And there were still rooms available on line…

Guest used the room for two hours then demanded a refund stating it smelled like a smoke, however room was checked by two team members and in fact the room did not smell of smoke.

This place was horrible. The room I got did not have any light you had to keep switching on and off the switch. It look super dirty. I found needles and a baggie of drugs

I liked the convenience of having many stores close by and Dennys walking distance from the hotel. Near the freeway. Staff was nice.

Inadequate
I checked in went to the room and the room had flies and was dirty, switched rooms still flies and dirty. It was only me and my daughter she did not feel safe. Within an hour of checking in I asked for a refund or even partial refund told the employee the room is inadequate and my daughter did not feel safe. No refund, I left.

Based on the reviews, I expected surfaces to be dirty and the general experience to be subpar, but I was pleasantly surprised. They have linoleum hard floors that look like hard wood, so no carpet. The couch was leather, easily wiped down. All surfaces were very clean. I did not see one bug. The only complaint I had was that the bathroom linens were old and very badly stained. They smelled so strongly of bleach that I was fine using them. I wasn’t fussed about it but the area is very noisy and is right next to a train track so you might get woken up in the wee hours of the morning (3am) by a passing train. Just fair warning for the light sleepers.
