No one book this so I can book it literally everyday forever. It's so cute and stocked I love it. 3 days wasn't long enough. Plus, it's SURROUNDED by waterfalls and things to do. Plus the host responds anytime you need him.

Great Location

Very nice location to visit all the great outdoor activities available in the area. We loved the pictured rocks tour and the grand island visit.

Great stay

The property is great with the Au Train river within steps of the door. The location is perfect with so many local attractions close by. Check in and out was really easy and the property manager was quick to answer questions.

Wonderful cottage

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin itself was cozy and the host was very responsive to our needs (we needed a shovel) and very pleasant. I don’t want to say too much for fear this hidden gem won’t be available when we decide to come back.

Peaceful Riverside!

Relaxing, very peaceful by the river. Very quiet property and close to Au Train beach and Munising. Loved being right on the river and watching all the kayakers and canoers pass by. Would stay here again.

Great cabin for our stay up north

Comfortable cabin for our family of 5. Good proximity to Munising, Marquette, Pictured Rocks and a lot of great waterfall hikes. Host was attentive and communicative. We'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely little spot.

I was concerned it might be noisy with other cabins so close but was pleasantly surprised how peaceful it was during our stay. Needed a deep clean as there was bug poo on exterior & some spiders inside but overall we had a lovely visit.

Nice cabin right on the river. We stayed during the week and the area was quiet. Cabin was clean and well stocked,close to Munising. We had a great time would definitely recommend!

Perfect location on the river

This cottage was great for our family. It is located right on the river bank in a quiet area. The living room and kitchen were roomy, and the bedrooms plenty big.It was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, and paper products.The outside area was great for sitting as a group, having an evening around the fire pit, or sticking your feet in the river. We had paddle boarders and swimmers with us that took advantage of being riverside. Nobody brought a fishing pole, so I don’t know about fishing there. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

What a cozy, comfortable cabin!

The cabin was perfect for a relaxing UP vacation! Clean, cozy and comfortable. The river view was so nice and it was fun to watch the kayakers float by. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful spot on the river!

The cabin was even better than the photos portrayed! So peaceful, right on the water - caution if you have littles, but awesome for adults. Have your coffee listening to the river and the birds. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We also appreciated that our dog was allowed and lots of places to walk nearby.

This place was wonderful. So very clean and updated. So much better then the pictures. Great location close to Munising. Loved that we were able to bring our dog! Thanks so much.

Well kept up, attractive inside. Good selection of kitchen utensils, and it was fun to find the games in the bedroom closet. Very peaceful, we were there in the winter and saw deer from the window along the river

A Charming Cottage on the Peaceful Au Train River

My husband and I loved our stay at this charming and comfortable cottage with waterfront. It was such a treat to sip our tea in the morning in Adirondack chairs and watch canoes and kayaks go by. There is a terrific outdoor area with a picnic table and fire pit. The waterfront has a place to tie your boats and there’s a swimming and fishing hole right off the living room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and they even included a basket of goodies. We had a lovely time and will stay again.

Au Train is a cute, quiet spot to stay for easy access to Marquette and Munising tourist highlights. The two little stores in town and being so close to all the beauty spots, sights, trails and lake was awesome. This cottage is way better than the photos show. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and plenty of spare bedding and cleaning supplies. We loved the picnic bench, grill and fire ring. We LOVED being right next to the river! Our only suggestion is to clean the windows.

It was a cute place on the river, biggest complaint was the coffee maker had old coffee left in it, and was full of mold they said they would get us a new one, then brought us a used one, was disappointed about being lied to
