Revamped, restyled, and fully renovated! This beloved Magnolia Linen Company condo now features fresh flooring, a brand-new kitchen, and stylish, comfortable furnishings. Every detail has been thoughtfully updated to create a bright, welcoming vibe. Located in a friendly complex with a refreshing pool—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The Space:
This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage 2 units in this building. Message us to ask for more details!

Enjoy a private balcony furnished with an outdoor lounge set. The unit includes a full kitchen as well as most cooking basics you might need during your stay.

There are two full bathrooms, both with a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer are located in the unit for easy access.

There is a pool located at this complex available for your use.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.The location was perfect as our student lives at The Avenue complex across the street. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds are very comfortable. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We only wish we would have found this place three years ago instead of for our last weekend at Auburn!

a great spacious location

This is the 4th property in Auburn that we have rented from these folks. As in the previous 3 times this was another very positive experience. They are fantastic communicators and respond quickly to any inquiries. This place was my spacious than I had anticipated it being – which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for things you may need to cook. The only thing I would recommend to any renter would be to bring earplugs to sleep as the upstairs neighbors can easily be heard while they are walking around very late at night. (this is NO fault of the owner). I would be happy to rent this spot again.

Spacious 2 bedroom/bath apartment located on the 2nd floor. A little tricky to get your luggage up the stairs. Also could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around in their apartment so that wasn’t very good. Couch wasn’t comfortable at all. Place was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Was surprised that I had to strip the beds. Really? Also arrived at night and it was very difficult to see the numbers on the lockbox.

Great spot right off the beaten path

This place has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Clean and well-stocked. Easy short drive or 30 minute ealk to the heart of downtown. It is on the second floor of a quiet condo building, so being aware that access could be an issue if stairs are difficult to navigate.

Needs updating

The property could use some updating. Kitchen and baths are old. They main bedroom bed is comfortable, but the other Matress is not. I guess for the price it was fine. Just seemed old. Furniture as well. But it was clean, and the location was also ok. About a 7 minute drive to Auburn University.
