Everything is brand new, parking is directly behind the building, enjoy a huge balcony with ample seating that over looks Southeastern, Skybar, downtown Auburn, Magnolia Ave, Auburn's campus, & the famous Oaks at Toomer's Corner - Park your car in your designated spot and walk everywhere!


KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK! — THIS BUILDING IS IN THE CENTER OF DOWNTOWN NEAR BARS THAT CAN BE LOUD AT NIGHT
— All bedrooms have newly added noise canceling machines to help with the noise of downtown life!

The level of finishes can not be matched in a rental in Auburn. The location can not be matched in Auburn! Be in the center of all of the action all while staying at the nicest rentals in town. There are only two units and bookings will go fast! '

Great rental located right in the middle of town next to the university! Beds, location, furniture are all excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. Having a parking space included was nice. We didn't use the car the entire time. Fun to sit on the patio and watch all the action going on in town. Many restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores, all in walking distance. Read in other reviews about it being noisy because of the bars close by. Did get a little loud on Saturday night but nothing outrageous. Unit had noise machines to cancel out the sounds if we needed them, but we didn’t. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is a 5 so cute , beds were comfortable but there were just a few minor issues. 1. It is in between two bars that are very loud. The back bedroom is sheltered from the noise but the front room. I would

The apartment was fantastic- came with everything needed for a short or long term stay. The location is central to all the activity (including the nightlife, fair warning!) so you can park your car in your spot and walk downtown or to campus. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was as described and you can not ask for a better location. Walking distance to stadium. Is a little noisy at night due to being right next door to a couple bars but not bad. The kids and everyone enjoyed their time and we will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Amazing spot - we loved it! Epic to watch merriment after Auburn beat Alabama - just know this spot is between two very popular bars/night spots… just as described. Would stay every time if this spot available - it was great and convenient to everything! Clean and comfortable you can walk to Restaurants, campus, and of course get a lemonade!
