The well-appointed, recently renovated kitchen invites culinary adventures and is joined by the spacious dining room and comfortable living area, forming a delightful space for shared experiences and entertaining. The main floor also includes a convenient full bathroom and and the added practicality of a washer and dryer. The oversized master suite is located on the main level and includes a brand new private deck, queen bed, large closet and storage, gorgeous lake views, and an ensuite with tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Conveniently located off the dining and living rooms, step outside to the expansive deck, designed for relaxation, and enjoy breathtaking lake views and seven mature oak trees. It's a perfect retreat for moments of tranquility, leisure, and lakeside dining!

Head to the second floor, which includes a bedroom and an adjacent space that sleeps up to four. Providing comfort and flexibility, there are two twin beds in one area and a queen bed in the other to accommodate the needs of your guests or family.

This cottage is thoughtfully designed to enhance your experience, ensuring comfort, convenience, and a seamless connection to the scenic beauty of Owasco Lake.

- Enjoy multiple decks (brand new deck off the master suite and the large deck off the main floor) adorned with comfortable patio furniture for dining and lounging, providing the perfect vantage point for all-day waterfront relaxation and breathtaking sunsets in the evening.
- A mere 35 steps lead down to a large flat beach and brand new private dock with a large grass area perfect for backyard games and lounging.
