" This is a quaint Inn in the Finger Lakes where we once had stayed previously and due to the location and are enjoying the day we went again en route a road trip. "When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"My main complaint was the listing said basic soaps To me that should include shower soap- all other places I have stayed have as well as shampoos We arrived at the property at 10 pm and had to go out to the store to buy soap so we could all shower in the morning That was the major disappointment. Otherwise the house is spacious and well kept"
